Payment Methods

 

Mail

Mail payment to City of Warman, Box 340, Warman, SK   S0K 4S0 

 

Please allow sufficient time for payment to reach the office.

 

In-Person at the City Hall

Payments by cash, cheque and debit can be made at the counter during business hours from 8:30 - 4:30 pm.  

 

Night deposit is also available (by cheque).  All cheques must be payable to the City of Warman. 

 

Online (Internet) or Telephone Banking

From your financial institution's online banking site, locate the City of Warman as the Payee (search “Warman”). 

Once the Payee has been selected, choose the account type (utilities or taxes) and enter your account number as shown on your invoice. For guidance on how to find your account number, please see the drop-down list below. 

Please note that most banks can take up to three days for processing.

Pre-authorized Payment Plan

Pre-authorized payment plans are available on a monthly basis for both Property Taxes (TIPPS) and Utilities (PAPP).  

 

Please complete and return the required form along with your banking information to join.

 

Financial Institutions

Payment can be made directly at most banks.

You will require your account number to complete the transaction.

What is OptionPay?

OptionPay is a third-party payment card system the City of Warman uses for its online credit card transactions.

Is there an added fee for using OptionPay to pay my City of Warman bills with my credit card?

Yes. All transactions carried out through OptionPay are charged a service fee.

Why is there an added fee to pay with credit card?

The fees are administered through the Option Pay program for the use of their service, and not through the City of Warman.
