Saskatchewan Building Standards

The Uniform Building and Accessibility Standards Act (UBAS) together with the Fire Prevention Act (FPA), 1992 provide the legislative framework for application of minimum standards for new construction, renovation, and the fire safe operation of buildings.

Inspections

Building inspections and reviews in the City of Warman are handled by Municode Services (306) 955-6355.

Service Connection Inspection 

All new residential and commercial builds are required to have a commercial connection inspection prior to covering/grading. Please contact Jason Wiebe at (306) 933-2388.

Permits

Building permits will not be closed until such time as all deficiencies relating to any legislation existing at the time of development have been met.
