Providing Martial Art Classes in Bushido Kan Ryu Karate and Thai Boxing/Kickboxing. Ages are 5 years and up for karate and 9 years and up for Kickboxing. Classes include all aspects of Self Defense, Discipline, Respect and Confidence. It is a competitive club, hosting 3 tournaments a year and competing around the world. Classes are instructed by World Champion Hanshi Manicke & Kyoshi Silver
