Utilities
The City of Warman requires a number of things to set up a new utility account, including a completed application form and identification verification. You can find more information about setting up a water account by clicking here.

Yes, water deposits are required. Water services will not be provided until the deposit is paid.

When a resident moves to a new home within the city, the water deposit may be transferred, providing there are no arrears on their utility account.
When a resident disconnects services and does not require a hookup at another location in the city, the deposit is applied against the final bill. If there is a credit, a refund cheque is issued.

The majority of the street lights within the City of Warman are controlled and repaired by SaskPower. Outages should be reported to SaskPower, and can be done so easily online here.

The carts are collected every two weeks. The day will depend on the area of the city in which you live.

The cost of the recycling program is $6.05 per month (subject to change) and the charge can be found on your monthly utility bill.

- Friday - All areas north of Central Street West (including the north side of the street) and all areas west of Centennial Boulevard (including the west side of the street)
- Monday - All areas south of Central Street (including the south side of the street) and all areas east of Centennial Boulevard (including the east side of the street)

Warman's curbside organics program is optional, and by subscription only.

The curbside organics program cost $10/month. Carts are picked up on Thursdays on a bi-weekly basis. The program runs from May 1st - Oct 31st annually.
