Originally from Moosomin, Saskatchewan, Paul McGonigal has 17 years of experience in the field as a recreational professional. Previous to working with the City of Warman, Paul had enjoyed years of service with the Town of Biggar and City of Saskatoon. Paul holds a diploma in Recreation and Leisure Management from SIAST and a Western Regional Master Technician Certificate from the Canadian Recreation Facilities Council.
