The City of Warman requires a number of things to set up a new utility account, including a completed application form and identification verification. You can find more information about setting up a water account by clicking here.
When a resident moves to a new location within the city the deposit may be transferred, providing there are no arrears on their utility account.
When a resident disconnects services and does not require a hookup at another location in the city the deposit is applied against the final bill. If there is a credit, a refund cheque is issued.
