Warman City Council would like your feedback on a new bylaw for the City of Warman…

This Bylaw is to help regulate and prohibit certain activities in order to prevent and compel the abatement of noise, nuisances, unsightly premises, and public disturbances.

In consultation with the local RCMP, Warman City Council has been asked for assistance by providing help in dealing with certain activities and disturbances that have been happening in the city’s parks and public places. As a result, city administration has drafted a bylaw based on other cities of similar size and attributes from within Saskatchewan and Alberta. This bylaw will help assist the RCMP with menial misdemeanours without having to necessarily lay criminal charges.
