1. Is the curbside organics program mandatory?

2. How much does the organics program cost and when are carts picked up?

The curbside organics program cost $10/month. Carts are picked up on Thursdays on a bi-weekly basis. The program runs from May 1st - Oct 31st annually.

3. How do I sign up for the organics program?

If you're interested in signing up for our curbside organics program, please fill out the subscription form and drop it off at City Hall or email it to: utilityebilling@warman.ca

4. What items are accepted in the organics program?

Organics carts are for PLANT WASTE, FRUITS, VEGETABLES, COFFEE GROUNDS, FILTERS, TEA BAGS, EGGSHELLS, BREAD, PASTA, GRAINS, PROTEIN, BONES and SOLIDIFIED DAIRY PRODUCTS.

Do not place liquids, fat trimmings, oils, baked goods, coffee pods, bioplastics, glass, pet waste or metal in your green cart.
