Curbside Recycling

Recycling

Residential curbside recycling is in place and is picked up every other week by Loraas Recycling. Recycle carts must be at the curb no later than 7 a.m. on the collection day (view 2023 schedule). Pick up times vary from week to week and pickup frequency is subject to change.  Residents are asked to remove carts from the street and bring back on their property by 8 p.m. that same day.

This is a single-stream recycling program meaning that items do not have to be sorted by the resident.

Use of Carts

Only place items that are designated as recyclable within the blue recycling cart. Carts will be monitored and unacceptable items will be left curbside, or your cart will be rejected for collection. Thank you for your cooperation and commitment to recycling.
