Councillor Kevin Tooley is privileged with the responsibility entrusted upon him to represent the constituents and stakeholders of the fastest growing municipality in Canada. He was first elected to Warman City Council in 2012 and was re-elected for a second term in 2016. Along with his wife, Danielle, and daughters, Alena and Isabelle, Kevin has lived in Warman since 2004.
Kevin was born and raised in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan. He attended the University of Saskatchewan and graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Kinesiology) and a Bachelor of Commerce. Kevin has also completed a Post Graduate Certificate Program in Real Property Valuation from the University of British Columbia.
Kevin has attained the professional designations of Accredited Appraiser with Appraisal Institute of Canada (AACI) and is a Licensed Assessment Appraiser of Saskatchewan (LAAS). Currently he is an assessment manager with the City of Saskatoon and has worked in the field of assessment and valuation for approximately 10 years. He has previous work experience in areas such as: recreation and leisure, health care, labour relations and financial services.
During his time on City Council Kevin has demonstrated his leadership in several capacities, some of which include: Alternate Deputy Mayor, Administration & Finance (Chair), Economic Development (Council lead), Environmental Health & Welfare (Chair), Planning & Development, Recreation & Culture (Council lead), SAMA Urban Advisory Committee (appointed by SUMA), and Warman Library Board.
